MY STORY

My love for sport started in primary school. I was always active, always competing, and always looking for the next challenge. I quickly found a passion for basketball, which led to me representing the North West of England — an experience that really shaped my drive and competitive mindset.
 

Because sport played such a big role in my life, studying Sport and Exercise Science in college felt like a natural next step. That’s where my interest in helping others improve began to grow.
 

After college, I decided to complete my Personal Training qualification — and I fell in love with it straight away. I’m now a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer, and I’ve been coaching for over 10 years.
 

What I love most about being a PT isn’t just the physical transformations — it’s the impact on confidence, mindset, and overall lifestyle. Helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident is what drives me every day.
 

And as many of my clients will tell you… sometimes I’m not just their PT — I’m their therapist too!
